I have done everything I was told in network marketing for 4 years without making a dime. Moving from one company to the next I was still failing hopelessly in MLM harassing friends, family & strangers in the process. I eventually canned the old school methods to new age Internet savvy strategies to attract leads and prospects to me without even running around like headless chicken. Robert Kiyosaki calls this quadrant the Psychotic quadrant in a metaphoric way. He says that most people tend to gravitate from the E quadrant to this one hoping they’ll make more money. These are your specialists, the “I would rather do it myself and not rely on anyone”. These are the doctors, restaurant owners, and other small business owners. More money is definitely earned from this quadrant, much more than the E. The problem however here is that you work 10 times harder. In a lot of cases you are the first person there and probably the last to leave. Your work longer hours, and stand to lose a lot more if you don’t survive.
Statistically, globally, an average small business has 90 % chance of going out of business during the first 5 years. This does not mean that people don’t make it here. Those who do make it big, really make it BIG. However, this is still not the most financially intelligent quadrant to be in.
