Are you one of the distributors that start their network marketing career without knowing where they want to end and what to accomplish? Or are you one of the few that set clear and defined goals on paper that you want to reach at a certain period of time?


If you belong in the second category congratulations as you are one of the few that write down their goals and this few also happen to be the ones that succeed with whatever they undertake. If you belong in the first category and setting goals never crossed your mind or you've seen it as not worthy to bother with, maybe it's time to change your attitude and join the club.


Having written goals distinguishes those who succeed from the endless crowd that tries and fail. The act of writing down your goals and then read them every day can bring a huge change in your life that you won't believe it unless you start practicing it.

don't try to be rigid as sometimes you have to be flexible and embrace new and unexpected developments in your life and your business. On the other hand be careful to be realistic also. If your goals are to unrealistic you will end sabotaging yourself as deep down you have the feeling of not being achievable.


Another thing you have to do is to set a completion time. Decide by what time you want the goal to be reached. You want it complete in 1,3,5 or more years? For better results set a specific day like the x day of the y month of the z year.


For even better results make short-term, medium-term, and long-term goals. For example for one year, 1-5 years, and over 5 years.


Don't neglect the part of setting goals for your business and personal development. This is a trait of the successful people and you want to make it a part of your own life too. Moving in life without goals is like traveling without a map in an unknown area without knowing where you want to end.
